The Havasu Landing lake house is located within the Havasu Landing Resort on the western shore of Lake Havasu..  It’s a 4 hour drive from Los Angeles/Orange County, 3.5 hrs from Phoenix and 2.5 hrs from Las Vegas.

The Resort has a Hotel/Casino as well as a restaurant.  There is also a full service grocery store, hardware store and gas station.  There are 2 marinas in the resort.  Resort also has a campground section.  The Sail Inn restaurant/bar is also next door.  The Firebelles are a local group that host Bingo, Bunco and other activities.  A ferry leaves from the casino every hour to take visitors to London Bridge and Lake Havasu City, a city of 60,000 people.  

Yes, the resort is a gated community with resort security regularly patrolling.  Sa Bernardino County Fire Station 18 is next door.

Yes, Aqua Marine Group in the resort rents watersports and golf carts.  Once in the resort you rarely need your car and people get around in golf carts https://aquamarinegroup.co/

The lake house sleeps 14.  There are 2 king size beds, 2 queen size beds, 4 twin size beds and 2 bunk beds.  There are 3 full bathrooms.

No, the kitchen is complete with utensils, pots/pans, dishes, microwave, toaster oven, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator.  There is a 2nd refrigerator in the laundry room.

The lake house has a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

I’m sure you’ve read in the news about water levels in Lake Powell, Lake Mead, etc.  Lake Havasu is the last reservoir along the Colorado River and as such is federally protected from going dry.  The water level goes up or down by inches according to the needs of the hydroelectric dams upstream but it’s such a small amount that you wouldn’t even notice it.

Absolutely.  The beach in front of the house is in a cove within a no-wake zone.  People frequently swim or fish right out front.  There is a mooring buoy marked “39” out front if you wish to moor your boat just offshore.
